Fine tuning B12 and Magnesium

Post by Alohagirl »

Aloha - I am so grateful for all of the help I have received from all of you in this forum! I am fine tuning the supplements I take and have 2 quick questions. I know I am being extra careful but trying not to upset my system after a short setback over the weekend.
1. I found a liquid magnesium from Mother Earth minerals. Is there some reason that it would be better to take the chelated magesium from Doctor's Best?
2. On the B 12 methyl cobalamin from Wonder Labs - I'd rather not have the extra included ingredients. I found a Doctor's Best "fully active B 12" in 1500 mcg. I am assuming there is no problem with that one other than I'd have to take more of the vegan caps.

Thanks for your input!
LC, strong reaction to cola, squash and D & C Orange #4; moderate reaction to sugar cane, sulfite, sardine, flaxseed, coriander, black-eyed peas and FD & C Blue #1. Enterolab Anti-gliadin IgA 6 units.

That product claims to contain only pure magnesium (IOW, only elemental magnesium — no compounds). I have no idea how that might work in the real world, but the Amazon reviews for the product are excellent.

Yes, I agree with you. The Doctor's Best B-12 appears to be an excellent, allergen-free product.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
