Magnesium Topical Dosage

I've been going through the archives, but haven't seen how others know how much topical magnesium they are getting.

Are there certain brands that list an amount? I have Magnesium gel, but it just suggests recommended uses.

Any help is appreciated.

If you go to the search-function at the top of any page, and put magnesium as Keyword and Gabes-Apg as Author, you should be able to find a lot of information.
