I'm going to stop my multivitamin for now. After reading, I'm going to take:
Calcium
D3
Topical Magnesium
B-12
What about K2? Should I add that?
Thanks,
Terre
PS: I see also see where some take L-Glutamine. Does anyone have input on that? What about Fish Oil?
I have so many questions, I'm probably wearing y'all out!!!

Terre the list you have stated is a good starting point..
what type of B12 are you going to take?
If you do a 'Search the Archives of this discussion board' (red text in the header) you can see previous discussions about L-Glutamine...
like many things in MC world, it can work and provide benefit for one person, and not work so well and in some cases make things worse for others..
for gut healing properties, the thing that most people can tolerate is home made bone broth, and making meals based on home made bone broth. (which you are doing)

The B-12 is Sigform liquid (put under tongue) Methylcobalamin (1000mcg) with L-Methyl Folate (400mcg) & P-5-P (5000mcg). There was a brand I liked before this, but when I went to purchase, they said the company had split and this was the brand they were carrying....supposedly the same.
How do you feel about K2...I read something about if you take D3 and Calcium, you need to take K2?
What about Fish Oil?
Thanks,
Terre

Speaking for myself, I stopped taking vitamin K2. I did that after reading of a doctor that asked his patients and followers to take vitamin K2. It was hoped that the vitamin would lower calcium scores. It didn't work. As a result he now asks followers to eat foods rich in vitamin K2.
I think sometimes a problem can come on how vitamins are manufactured. A natural vitamin for example will often test different than a synthetic vitamin. For example, I was recently reading about a doctor that gave vitamin A to patients, and saw great results with lower blood pressure. What wasn't mentioned though is the type of vitamin A given by the doctor. Some, but not all, natural vitamin A has been found to lower blood pressure. Synthetic A, while chemically similar, doesn't act the same way in the body as vitamin A found in foods.

Gabes and Terre,
I had the same problem trying to find soy-free fish oil, but someone here kindly pointed me to the product in the link below, so this is what I am taking now:

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
