That simple diagram omits the most import factor in the development of AI diseases — vitamin D deficiency (unless you prefer to call that an environmental factor).

most definately environmental - enviro encapsulates internal and external enviro factors... diet, lifestyle, pollutants, metals, toxins etc

That's what I figured. But in that case, that diagram applies to every disease in the world, not just AI disease.

Gabes thank you for post, I think that all of these have to come together as Genetic predisposition on its own hasn't effected any of my ancestors that I know about. I think me being the most sensitive male in the history of my family may have helped seal my fate.
Tex since Vitamin D has made such a difference to my overall condition and especially my psoriasis I tell everyone who's got a problem to take it.

The diet changes probably made most of the difference in controlling your psoriasis, but the vitamin D surely helped.
