This is just a random question without much background. I have Celiac disease (my microvilli are healed at this time) 90% of the time with Normans or WD my stools float. I spoke with the GI doctor about this when I had my last colonoscopy (July 2015 and diagnosed with MC). He said it is likely fast transit time and it would resolve. My functional medicine MD had me taking lipase enzymes. that didn't help. I follow a GF, DF, Soyfree, Sugar free diet (basically a bland Paleo)
Just wondered if anyone had anything similar or advice

Yes, that was common for me early on. It can be caused by food choices — some foods are just more likely to float. It can be caused by trapped gas bubbles, or undigested fat (which was probably why your MD thought that lipase might help). It can be caused by cross-contamination in the diet (resulting in poor digestion). And it can be caused by poor digestion from any cause, for that matter. And presumably fast transit time can also cause it.
It will usually resolve as our digestion improves, but even if it doesn't, it's nothing to lose any sleep over, as long as our other symptoms are under control.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
