Influenza and MC

Having literally never had flu before I don't know if such viruses can trigger flares or not. But that is what happened. Has anyone else experience of this?

I have not had influenza in 33 years, and my philosophy is that my immune system is busy handling MC and possible other AI issues.

For some yes, that is the case.

Increase the intake of Vit D3 to help moderate the inflammation in the gut and recover from the virus

Tks ask for advice. Have also not had flu for decades. Maybe AI disease is like a missile defence system!
