Using curcumin to heal

Post by christinafriberg »

I'm wondering if anyone has experience using curcumin? I've been reading research articles that it's being used successfully to treat IBD.

If you do a search in the archives, I believe there are some other discussions, including one just recently (if I remember right). I tried the capsules awhile back but I didn't do well with them.

I take curcumin. Have for years. I don't believe it helps my gut heal. I did read though that curcumin could help prevent cancer and alzheimer's disease. As a nice bonus, it makes my hair shinny when I'm doing decently well to the gut.
