Newly diagnosed

Post by michelleneujahr »

Hello All -

I am newly diagnosed and new to the site. I thought I posted a topic the other day but apparently it did not post. I am on Buedesinide 9mg daily and I am really not feeling well on the drug. I am having headaches, ringing in the ears, dizzyness and feel super agitated and anxious. Has anyone else experienced this. I just began reading the book and am trying to make changes in my diet - it is all very overwhelming.

Glad to be here and thanks for all the comments.

welcome Michelle

it can be overwhelming at first and I saw your other post about the budenside and doctor saying diet has nothing to do with it.

if you spend some time reading posts aimed at new people, success stories etc you will see that making diet changes is essential to minimising symptoms and optimising wellness...

another good post is Erica's journey, we talk about diet etc but also the mental and emotional side of life with MC

good luck.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Welcome to our group, Michelle. You've come to the right place for help and support. I can't help with your question because I haven't taken any medication.
