HI Lilia,

I honestly don't know why so many variations of potassium supps. I googled it and still can't find anything useful to share about that. I ended up with Potassium citrate because that happened to be the safe one for me from a list of them at vitacost. I don't take it very often at all since I am not getting the leg aches on a regular basis, I'm hoping the magnesium is building along with the B-complex use, and there fore I am using the use when needed approach.
