Hi,
We all know how important vitamin D is in general, and particularly for people with health issues. This article discusses the fact that sleep and pains are closely linked to vitamin D and B (B5) deficiency. And, I was surprised to read that a vitamin D deficiency can also cause B12 deficency.
The author does not claim this article to be a summary of current science. It is a summary of his thoughts on how Vitamin D works, based on his patient observation as well as current science.

Hi Lilja,
I would be careful about considering vitamins and minerals on an individual basis. The body needs a wide range of them in synergy. To take a vitamin out of context often means that the desired effect is reduced. The best is to take a strong multivitamin with minerals and increase the dose for any you may be short of. More is not always better so make sure you know what you are doing, as some of these substances can be toxic in high doses.
The article you refer to is incorrect on so many facts that I would simply ignore it.
