Daiya DF Cheddar Style Slices

I haven't tried this product, but was wondering if anyone else had? It says DF, SF, GF (good source of calcium).

Oops, in looking at ingredients, it lists Tapioca starch and flour + pea protein isolate (whatever isolate is). I think it has too many ingredients this early in the game and some ingredients would be a problem for some.

Still curious if anyone has tried and what they think?

I haven't tried the slices, but I've tried the shredded cheddar and the shredded mozzarella. I was disappointed in both, and didn't think it was worth the money, flavor- and texture-wise.

It did not, however, give me digestive trouble.

Martha, thanks for your take on the product....I was craving cheese the other day and wondered.....but no need to wonder any longer.

I was very glad to hear that it didn't give you any digestive trouble!
