I must not be putting something in the search correctly. I remember seeing a post on a "sample" elimination diet, but can't locate it now. I have found Erica's "Healing Diet" post.....but it seems like I remember seeing one on an elimination diet.
Can anyone help me.....or tell me I'm crazy?

Note that since that post was written, we have discovered that some of us are sensitive to chicken, but virtually no one is sensitive to turkey or lamb (or venison, duck,goose, pheasant, rabbit, or other less common meats).

Yes, I had the advantage of remembering the author's name, so that cut down the number of "hits" to only 14, making it easy to spot the one I was looking for.
