Most of us with MC are cautious about eating fruit, nevertheles I found this article an interesting read. It outlines the "rules" for eating fruit in oder to avoid gut issues.

That WAS interesting! I'm going to try eating any fruit I eat on an empty stomach. He makes sense.

thank-you so much HappyBird for passing on, powerful read in just a few words... his opinion over many other doctors, I get to make last choice for what goes in to my own body those which I have full control over, however those out of my control I try to not focus on, so all the knowledge I can use to make the decisions under my control is always welcomed and so appreciated, as nobody in the world knows everything but all of us as a collective can pass on information and continue to learn from eachother. I LOVE fruit and refuse to accept it has too much sugar to be part of an anti-inflammatory diet. I think the empty stomach concept is key here. If I decide to do any kind of fast, it will surely be a fruit fast! I was a former fruitarian as a kid...for a few days.
