I would try turkey instead, less histamines. Chicken isn't on my list of foods not to eat, but I believe the histamines are worse in those. I buy a frozen turkey and read the label carefully. I cook it in a crock pot. I also eat a lot of ground turkey. I bring it home, patty it, then freeze immediately. I so wish I could buy a frozen ham without all the additives, but I have not found it yet. I always question how long that meat sits there in the store...
I would love to buy a farm. My husband and I have actually been looking for one., but they are hard to come by in my area.
