Hi Susanne,
Sometimes I use them both at the same time....spray the oil on my arms and legs and rub some of the lotion on my feet...it's however you feel like using it and where.
I spray the oil into my hands and rub it on me....it can make for a slippery floor if it is sprayed openly
OMG - I finally got to my new GI Dr.

Hi all,
Thank you all for your replies.
I have eliminated so many things from my diet in the last 5 weeks, most from the high fodmap list. I recently ditched the chocolate, that was hard. I have a few sips of coffee in the morning to wake up. My lunch is homemade chicken and rice soup. I read a few posts today about chicken vs. turkey and brown rice vs. white rice. I was adding brown rice to my soup. It is all I ever bought because that's what my husband can have because he is pre-diabetic. Going forward I'm going to try homemade turkey and white rice soup.
I moved to NC a year ago and I definitely have seasonal allergies. I haven't taken anything for them but I will add an antihistamine to my morning pills. I'm going to stay with 4 Pepto's a day and hope that Norman will show up steadily. I am not happy with my move to NC and it is a source of great stress for me. I know that stress aggravates CC. I joined a gym and go there most days hoping to get rid of the stress. I had been walking outside a lot but when the original flare started last year, I gave it up. I broke my foot/toe on New Years eve, it's now healed but with this current flare I'm afraid to wander too far away from the bathroom. I do the treadmill at the gym but walking outside is more relaxing.
Tex, in February I visited NJ and had very little arthritis pain in my hands and I wondered why. Thinking back I realized that I was away from my "stash" of chocolate and didn't consume any during the visit. I'll be interested to read your post on chocolate.
Gabes, I don't think there is mold in my home. My bedroom is far away from the wifi/modem and my cell phone is never in the bedroom. I will keep a look out for it.
Again, thank you all so much.
Susanne

A quick update
Hi all,
3 Pepto's seem to be the magic number for not clogging me up and keeping the mud away. I'm supposed to be finished up with them this week, it's the 6th week but I don't think so. My intestines aren't as noisy as they have been.
I started taking an antihistamine everyday. I finally started with the magnesium spray and magnesium lotion. I get a slight reaction to the magnesium spray, I get red spots were I spray it that itch slightly then it goes away. Does anyone else experience that?
I continue to follow my Low Fodmap, gf, cf, ef, sf, diet. I cut out chocolate, my glass of wine and 90% of my coffee, just a few sips in the am to wake up.
I go back to the GI in mid May.
Thanks,
Susanne
