I just put 2 or 3 sugar cubes in my coffee, and that works fine for me. I'm back to 2 cups a day again, with no problems so far.

Chocolate is a double-edged sword. It's a good source of magnesium, but it's also a good source of histamine.

I gave the coffee one more try after giving it a day off, and only put Cashew milk in it this morning....I'll see how that fairs for me today
I created a new post on sunshine and histamine today, I found an article that really was a slam dunk with all the symptoms that hit in Spring and Fall.

Yes, heat accelerates mast cell degranulation and histamine activity. I recall reading a research article on that topic but I don't recall offhand the name of the research paper.
