As usual I had a lightbulb moment and began to wonder if the extra sun (in the form of a bit of sun burn on my arms) contributed to my histamine issues I am still having after a week of being in the yard (mowing, wrangling bushes, planting flowers, and lots of sun - which meant lots of extra exercise).
It seems everything that I did sent me over the top, all the extra physical work, including my diet...and I love avocados, cocoa, cinnamon bread, and my daily morning coffee with caffeine.
So after you read this article some things may give you an Ah-Ha moment about maybe what you may be experiencing in your own world at this time.

Thanks for the read Erica, I'm right there with you. All I want to do is work in the yard. I'm currently refined to the recliner due to this weekend and histamines. I started taking chloro tabs last night and they help with the gas, cramps, and nausea, but did cause D due to the corn in it (i guess). Now I'm so droggy from them. And have to take often....
On a brighter side, no more migraines.
I'd be in remission if it weren't for Fall, Spring, and stress!
Can't convince my husband to move to an island in the Caribbean and live on love
He says its not realistic!
Man I'm down in the dumps! Was doing so well until my grandmother passed away, and then histamines.
Thanks for listening to my ills! My husband is a man of few words!
I wondered how you were fairing. Looks like more years under our belt to resolve these histamine issues. Frankly they are worse than gluten or other foods to me.

Hang in there Martha
there will always be good days and bad days in MC world, it would be near impossible to protect ourselves from all the triggers that exist in our current day lives.
I have been spending some time reading blogs/posts by people with serious mould and biotoxins illness. One lady lives in a tent in her backyard, as the house makes her sick and they cant afford to sell and move.
I read a blog yesterday of a family in california, that have had to walk away from everything, the house, furniture, every piece of their belongings, including clothes, linen, books, the whole lot! and do diet and lifestyle changes.
Current day lifestyle is causing major illness.
in some aspects, MC is a good wake up call compared to these other health issues, we have the chance to listen to our bodies and heal a bit.

Yes it appears more years are needed to figure this histamine thing out I'm sure we'll get there, but at times I agree it feels as if I am still getting gluten daily, and I know I'm not.
I'm also figuring out that as much as I like the sun and a beach theme getting too much plus extra heat is like a heat stroke, but with histamine! Where I live it will get into the 100's mid Summer (I'm not likely going to be found outside much then ) the heat tends to kick a hot flash out of me from time to time too...lol. Although I am doing tons better since I completely ditched the hormones August 2015. I find I have done better in the healing dept during the Fall and Winter than I am doing in Spring so far, not sure what Summer will bring.
I'm so sorry about your grandma, I'm 48 and I lost mine (who was like my mother) when I was 21...we learn to accept how it makes us feel and we eventually move forward, my heart goes out to you and anyone else who may be feeling like this at this time.
Good deal on the migraine front! I can also agree that a bit of D may be more tolerable than a runny nose or itchy eyes....but that is debatable!
Hugs

Thanks guys you all cheer me up! I'm loving the picture Gabes! One day, I'll put mine on here. I typically don't like my pictures, so I'd be more likely putting one of my children.
Yes, this area that I live has always caused me problems even prior to MC. When I moved off to go to college, I never felt better in my life!
I'm hoping summer is better for us Erica!! I'm going to keep my chin up and wear that face mask as soon as I can get over this flare.
Hugs to you both!!
