Microscopic description
A.-Pathologic examination reveals an ileal intestinal mucosa that preserves the normal architecture of its surface mucosal epithelium and their glandular elements. Lamina propria shows a mild chronic inflammatory lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate with hyperplastic enlarged Peyer's patches with intestinal lymphoid follicles with germinal centers reagent aspect. No specific inflammatory changes are seen, images of criptales or granulomas microabscesses. No evidence of intraepithelial lymphocytosis. Absence of cytological atypia.
B .- / C.- fragments colon mucosa of general structure preserved.
In lamina propria mild chronic inflammatory infiltrate with lymphoid aggregates linfoplasmocitario observed. No mucosal atrophy is observed.
No, no granulomas, abscesses and inflammatory changes cryptic specificity observed.
No subepithelial collagen deposits or intraepithelial lymphocytosis are observed.
