Guys,
So far I'm taking d3, mag oil, L-methionine, and L-glutamine, I'm 9 months into the diet and was wanting to take some b-12. I tried the sublingual B complex and it didn't agree with me. Can you take b-12 by itself? I need a little energy, especially with summer and kids coming my way
Thank you!

Sure. As long as your diet contains at least a reasonable amount of folate you should be OK. If you eat any processed foods, a lot of them are "fortified" with folic acid. I notice that the FDA has recently begun to even promote the addition of folic acid to corn masa flour for use in tortillas.

thanks tex, I will check into my diet for the folate. I eat very little processed food right now. I eat a lot of cauliflower

Cauliflower is a good source of some other B vitamins also. Eggs are a great source of folic acid, but unless you've started using duck or turkey eggs I assume that you're probably not eating any eggs these days.

oh great tex, yes duck eggs. Not everyday, but most days and 2 at a time.
I'm starting to think I'm eating better than my husband and kids. Going to work on them this summer.
Oh and sweet potatoes about 3 times a week. Green beans, peas, and carrots mostly too.
