Changes in body temperature
I don't know if anyone else has this symptom, but I notice when I am reacting I experience something like a hot flash but is NOT one. It is quite disturbing and definitely connected to is flares. Maybe there is some organ or gland responsible. At times it seems almost the whole body is involved.
Not sure if this is the same but I also have a problem with feeling really hot, exactly like a hot flush but goes on longer. Particularly at night my legs feel like they are burning and sometimes I feel almost feverish. Going to try the magnesium solutions being suggested. Have been putting my flushes down to menopause but they do seem to last much longer .
Your not dreaming it...I am pretty sure the flushing feeling is legit....and it does seem more intense during a flare. It's like the central nervous system gets out of whack and sends off crazy signals systemically. My hormone levels may be a bit upset during a flare too, so that may attribute to the more intense heat flushes, albeit I don't get them alot I do notice them when I get one, that's for sure!
