In a plane, on the runway, on my way to Spain!
I used to be so afraid to travel with MC. Will post a trip report with my (hopefully) safe food choices.
So many of you have inspired me to get out of my comfort zone with your stories.
Wish me luck!

So far so good.
Tummy is grumbling a little bit, but I think that's because I cheated a bit and had a small sample glass of a local red wine. I should know better and will stick to white from now on. Hopefully it clears up by morning.
Otherwise enjoying myself and feeling surprisingly good. Our flight out of Toronto was delayed until 1:00 am becoming of an electrical issue and that caused us to miss our connection. Connecting flight was a different airline so nobody was stepping up to help us. Luckily the husband thought fast and we are only out the $60 flight change fee. It was immensely stressful though and I went through all of my packed food while waiting. Thought I would be sick for sure.
Strange and wonderful for me...we landed, checked into the hotel, and I saw 100's of runners! It wasn't a race or anything. Apparently locals in this area are just really into running. I packed my GPS and shoes so decided to join them. The exercise went a long way to help me de-stress.
So far food has been easier than expected. Lots of fresh seafood, rice, and grilled veggies to be had. We hit up a local outdoor market today and they were willing to prepare food meeting my needs.
Success mostly!
