I particularly found the article about tumeric, the Herbert Benson article, and the article about processed foods causing IBD's (probably my cause for MC) helpful.

If you have not signed up for the newsletter it is a great way to stay on top of our disease once you are in remission and happen to follow the board less.

That sounds great! Have a terrific trip. It means so much for us to receive positive feedback re: the newsletter. Since Wayne, Jessica, and myself are the only current contributors, we run out of ideas. Additional submissions are so helpful.
