B12 - Siatica

Quite by accident this morning, 20 minutes after I awoke and the sciatica returned for its daily disruption, I read something here about oral B12. I had a brainwave to get my B12 cream and rub it on the worst spot of the pain. Within 5 minutes the pain was almost completely gone! That was at 8 a.m. and now it is 2 p.m. and I'm just starting to feel it return. Wanted to note this for fellow sufferers.
