Thanks Gabes
I know I read these postings then I forget where to find them. I am like a deer in the headlights. I am trying to do this without med. help. I react to meds. so strongly.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Another protein question

Post by Janie »

At this early stage, now that I am hungry, can I eat too much protein in a day. Tired of veggies but don't want to add anything yet. I have soft form B.M.s.

Extra protein helps to heal the intestines, so it would be mighty difficult to eat too much protein at this stage.
