Just wanted to thank everyone who started and posted on this website. I am a lurker who reads everything I can on this forum. I am eating about 10 things and dealing without meds. I react to meds. I weaned myself off the PPI and will work on depression med next.
I did the stool samples and have the same culprits as everyone else along with a few other things.
My goal is able to travel with my husband when he retires in a few years abroad.
Do I want this disease but I got it and keep it like luggage forever. Can I get into remission or manage it that is a goal.
2 questions: How do you pan fry ground venison? We don't grill.
Can you direct me to the site for all the B vitamins?
And is blurry eyes or misty a magnesium issue?

I pan fry venison all the time. Because venison is a very low fat meat I put 1 tbs of coconut oil in a pan with the venison patty, cover it, place it over low heat and let it cook slowly. It takes about 15-20 minutes for a 1/4 pound venison burger. I take Thorne Research Basic B complex which I buy at iherb.com.

it does take a bit of planning but it is very dooable
Yes, once you have your MC management plan, and have your safe ingredients, inflammation triggers are minimised etc.Can I get into remission or manage it that is a goal.

Here is a good general article about B6
https://selfhacked.com/2016/05/31/vitamin-b6/
from a MC point of view,
B6 is a key part of the histamine cycle and managing histamine levels in the body (inflammation)
B6 / P5P is one of the cornerstones of the methylation cycle so it is pretty important.
B6 is key in metabolism of protein, the other key role is down regulator of several receptor sites, estrogen, progesterone and androgen
it is also one of the key synergising agents for key minerals etc
hope this helps
