we cant avoid stress, stressful events will happen, with MC in our lives we have to be able to manage our reactions to stress.
I have audio books, podcasts that I carry with me.. that within 5 minutes can help me calm down.

My other advice is, there is no right way or wrong way to grieve, or embrace our emotions...
there is your way. embrace the emotions at a pace you can handle. Dont feel pressure to 'get it together' or 'get over it' within a fixed timeline.
