Another protein question
At this early stage, now that I am hungry, can I eat too much protein in a day. Tired of veggies but don't want to add anything yet. I have soft form B.M.s.
Janie
Extra protein helps to heal the intestines, so it would be mighty difficult to eat too much protein at this stage.
