Excellent tracker!

Post by jessica329 »

My husband found an excellent diary tracker in the app store for $2.99. You can keep a daily diary of food, stools on the bristow scale, medications, sleep quality, symptoms, stress, energy level and more. It will generate reports for you/your doctor and look for patterns between events/food and symptoms. This is the most comprehensive app tracker that I have ever seen. Once you learn how to use the app, it's very easy (and comes with a user manual). It's called mySymptoms Food Diary.

That appears to be a much better way to go about keeping a diary.

Thanks,

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Jessica,

Thank you for letting us know about this app. I've been trying to build my own spreadsheet and was not happy with what I created. This app does exactly what I wanted.

Thank you! :shakehands:
