Potato Chips

I'm not one to eat chips but sometimes I get a craving for them. Today was one of those days and I discovered that Kettle Brand Potato Chips makes one that (they say) is cooked in 100% avocado oil with Himalayan salt. They are non GMO verified and gluten free. They taste just like regular potato chips...Three ingredients: potatoes, avocado oil, and Himalayan sea salt. Thought I would share this with you all...

Thanks, Diana. I have never tried avocado oil so I don't know if I tolerate it but I'll look for these chips when I'm shopping. I like sweet potato chips made with coconut oil but they don't carry them locally so I have to order them online.

They sound great!
I know avocado is my some time food....so I would have to eat them on a rotation cycle LOL!
