I will be watching for updates from everyone starting Re Mag this sounds great
My DW cannot spray the bed sheets with febreze it makes my legs itch like crazy and now my mag oil burns my skin for some reason my skin
has become very sensitive.
I will be ordering the Re Mag after I get through A minor surgery.

Erica,
For the first at least 12 uses of the spray I had no powder residue at all, so when you said that I was confused....lol...for the past 2 days I am getting the residue bad....not sure what that comes under but now I get it !! Maybe applying it to drier skin makes it so that....I really do like the topical at the moment...I know I'm getting it , and without the D the pills are causing me at the moment.....such a frustrating thing to have. Makes my head spin some days...😞

I decided to jump on the ReMag train. I received it today and had my first dose-tried 1/2 tsp in a pint of water with a bit of sea salt. Taste is different......we shall see. Shipping was very quick and efficient.

Thanks for the tip Vanessa! Taia

Hi,

I have trouble getting 400-600 mg/day, so I ordered the Re-Mag today. Fortunately, they ship to Norway.

Speaking of supplements, I have to order some vitamine C, and have been reading a lot of which product is the best. I have tried Liposomal, ascorbic acid etc, but there seems to be some disagreement as to which is the best product, so I'm a bit confused.

If you have a good product to recommend, I would appreciate it.

Taia,

Great! Keep us posted on how your doing.

Lilja,
Wow! I'm so glad your giving ReMag a go. As far as Vit C goes, I use a form with rose hips in it. Dr. Dean recommends a form that is food based. She is not a big fan of as ascorbic acid. She has a recipe to make your own that doesn't sound too difficult under resources on her web site. Keep us updated!

Well, I hope my ReMag will pass the customs, they are quite strict (and ignorant).

Thank you for your advice on vitamin C.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you Lilja..

from what i can tell from some research i did recently the EU rules are similar to Australia, that unless the product meets labelling requirements it will not pass customs.
30-40% of the products sold in the USA do not meet Australian labelling standards and can not be shipped here. One of the reasons is the gluten free claims (USA is 20ppm, Australia is 5ppm Gluten free status) The other is specification of inactive ingredients etc.
it comes across as strict (and maybe ignorant), albeit these strict rules are protecting us.

Did you guys order the flavored or no flavored? I'm going to order today.

I'm out of breath walking up steps, so hope it can help that. I know I'm out of shape, but this seems different....

I want to start out very slow, because I'm a little scared to try anything new right now. I don't want to fowl up anything. The b12 migraine really freaked me out.....

I believe someone said they take 1/8 tsp daily? Maybe I could start there. Do you have to put the salt in your water?

Thank you so guys! Hugs to you all!

LouAnn - the residue wont hurt anything, if you licked it you'd say it was a bit of a salt residue  I did that once....did I say ONCE! It does not taste that great. Lightly wiping it with a moistened cloth is good enough.

I didn't order the flavor....but if someone does let me know what they thought of it...I didn't because I don't really want to add to the unnecessary ingredient list I'm having a hard time avoiding to begin with.

Lately if I behave and don't over think my foods and try really hard to be good and bland I think the extra Re-Mag is doing just fine. I have cut back on the Drs Best as a test, and maybe added in a bit more external spray mag. I am taking 10,000 VitD3 though (my VDR genes are not kind to me and I have a hard time building D in my body) could be one of the reasons my vitamins never really helped me throughout my life, no matter how many my grandma (aka mom) made me take.

As with everything else in MC world this may take a while to adjust to and for the seasons to come and go and everything else my body has an issue with in order to know if 'normal' Norman will make an appearance as it did back in the middle of Winter.....I'm overly sarcastic at the moment...forgive me.

As far as how much to take.....I'd put 1/8th tsp in a 16-20 oz cup...try it....if you can tolerate that, add another 1/8th that would be 1/4 tsp and after that it is up to the individual what their tolerance is. I read that up to 2 tsp in a day is therapeutic...I'm probably not going to get to that point...just saying, I'm just not that good of a water drinker and I honestly don't see myself liking more than 1/4 tsp in my cup at a time.

Hey Erica,

I ordered the flavored Re Mag and didn't react to it. I don't think it made the taste any better. I heard on the pod cast they aren't going to make it anymore. Pts have gotten creative adding it to juice or using essential oils. I like the regular.

Janie,

I go 4 times a day on average and they are fluff poops. Come out formed but fluff when you flush. I go by my other symptoms to know if I'm saturated with mag.....which will take months, I sweat through jogging, have high stress at home and with job, still get one or two skipped heart beats every great while. When those symptoms completely disappear and get crazy WD, then I will reduce my dose of Re Mag. But I bet even the average joe would take a few months to get saturated. Our soil doesn't have the minerals it once did. We need to build ourselves up on the back end with a few essentials so healing can take place....and it will! That's what are bodies are designed to do. The Re Mag shouldn't give laxative effect unless you are completely saturated and body needs to get rid of extra. Start slow and sip dose throughout the day.

Hi,

I have been taking ReMag (not flavored) for two days, it was not stopped in customs.

The taste is a bit "metallic", but not too bad. I started out quite high; use one capful in 1 liter (33,8 oz) of water and sip through the day.

It has not intervened with my BMs which are 1-2 per day.

The improvement I have noticed is that I can "run" in the stairs, without having the feeling that my legs are fillled with lead. No sleep improvemenet as per yet, still wake up after 4 hours, but I trust that will come.

Maybe I will finally get my magnesium intake up, because I had difficulties swallowing the big tablets (Dr's Best Glycinate 100% Chelated)

Thank you Vanessa, for your advice!

PS: How do you store the bottle? Cold and dark or on the kitchen bench?

Lilja,

Yay! So awesome to see immediate benefits. They will keep coming. Maybe a little contrast as well as your cells detoxify. I store mine on the kitchen bench. No refrigeration required. I didn't think you would have customs problems. The customer service is incredible. These people really care and want you to get your magnesium!
