Had a wonderful time in Phoenix

Post by Umber »

I just returned home from Phoenix. I was so happy to have some sunshine and warm weather. My Mom sent me to her Naturopath doctor. She was awesome and so knowledgeable. Of course I need more than one visit but she said she would give me a start. She gave me some kind of injection in the scar from my neck surgery. She also gave me some Chinese herbal treatment & acupuncture. It was a very interesting experience. So completely different from the mainstream.

I spent lots of time with my nieces and nephew. I really bonded with Karstyn who is four. After they dropped me off at the airport she cried all the way home for me. She is such a doll, loving and kind....as long as you don't cross her!

Well, I am going to read some of the posts and try to catch up!

Hugs,

Lori

Hi Lori,

I'm new, so hello! Just want to say that naturopaths's rock! My treatment is all via my naturopath, although Western doctors have been helpful for diagnosis. Wish you could get more! I beleive that Oregon is the home of one of the best naturopathic colleges...so there must be some nat. doc's around.

Good luck!
