Hi Joanne, I did save the report to my hard drive and I did print it but only because I have access to a printer that can print on both sides. At this time I can open the file on my hard drive to this day and it will open Promethease web online. I don't believe there are any update to it but I can access the original file I created. I did my testing Jan-Feb this year. I think if you don't save the file to your hard drive within 45 days you lose the ability to do so after that time and would need to resubmit the raw data again.

I found this website when Googling Methylation issues...which I had to do because I didn't know a thing about it although I've read your mention of it several times now, Gabes. I'd be interested in your opinion of it if/when you have time to check it out. It seemed to offer a good basic explanation.
