Astaxanthin for eye health

Post by Alohagirl »

Aloha - I am considering taking astaxanthin for eye health since I developed episcleritis (eye inflammation).

I heard 4 mg is good to start with. Anybody taking this and found a brand that is 'MC friendly'? Thanks in advance!
LC, strong reaction to cola, squash and D & C Orange #4; moderate reaction to sugar cane, sulfite, sardine, flaxseed, coriander, black-eyed peas and FD & C Blue #1. Enterolab Anti-gliadin IgA 6 units.

Hi Alohagirl,

I took astaxanthin 4 mg Royal Green for some time because of my (osteo)artritisproblems, but it didn't help me.
I think Royal Green is ok for us. It's 100% natural en has no gluten, milk or soja in it.
I live in the Netherlands and don't know where else you can get this.
Succes!
