Thank you, Gabes! As always, your intuition and wonderful sense of balance in life are inspiring! I checked my methylated B's (I use Thorne a lot too) and the B6 that I take is in the P5P format. I'll check out that thread about Diatomaceous Earth ... many years ago as a manufacturer's rep I sold it as a natural form of pest control!!! I've often wondered if I could use coconut oil skin care products; I'm nervous about doing that as I do react to all forms of coconut (oil, milk, water, shredded) in my diet so have eliminated it completely. Thank you again!

if you react the coconut then hold off...
I react worse to soy than anything else so going the coconut based option was safest (and cheapest) way to get low toxin products.
As always, your intuition and wonderful sense of balance in life are inspiring!
it has been part of my wellness journey, the mental and emotional aspects are just as important as the eating plan etc..

a big part of my MC journey was lots of changes mentally and emotionally and finding good ways to 'embrace' challenges.
I didnt do it alone, I had lots of friends via this forum that were/are a big part of the journey, and the friendship now is not just about MC

it is one of the main reasons I contribute my time to help others in this group, the health system does not help people with these aspects of wellness.
one of my aims is via sharing info and support, help others avoid multiple chronic health conditions and optimise their wellness.

Life is 10% what happens to you, 90% how you react

It isn't the things that happen to us in our lives that cause us to suffer,
it is how we relate to the things that happen to us that causes us to suffer.

Much appreciated, Gabes! I'm actually going back to some things like meditation, etc. that kind of went "ka-flooey" when experiencing early MC, prior to diagnosis and just after diagnosis. More than my intestines need calming down, and I'm working on better all-around calmness now that I feel I better understand not only what MC is, but the various pieces. At least, until the next piece shows up!
