What type of zinc?

What type of zinc?

Hi - which type of zinc is the best / most easily absorbed for those of us with MC? I have tried Zinc carnosine and picolinate. I am not sure if the former had anything to do with worsening of an eye inflammation - episcleritis.

Any input? Thanks in advance!
LC, strong reaction to cola, squash and D & C Orange #4; moderate reaction to sugar cane, sulfite, sardine, flaxseed, coriander, black-eyed peas and FD & C Blue #1. Enterolab Anti-gliadin IgA 6 units.
