Hi, Jari!

Think it's very exciting! It will be interesting to see how many "non-celiac" gluten sensitive folks attend, plus find out more about the stories behind the exhibitors, and what opened their eyes to the dangers of gluten and the need for gluten free products!

And absolutely yes! Hope you have tons of fun, and find tasty new products and maybe some new friends too! I look forward to hearing about it!

Well, I didn't get to go to this after all. There was quite a bit of driving involved (with lots of traffic), and since I'm struggling just a little bit just getting back into school, I decided that I needed to just stay home and rest. :( Another time......I'm sure there were lots of neat things there, but sometimes we just have to listen to our bodies!
