Van's Waffles

I found these yesterday at our Whole foods store:

They are gluten free, dairy free, egg free, and soy free. I did not get them yet as I don't have any room in my freezer, but I plan to. Sometimes you just want something that you don't have to cook yourself! :)

I remember a lot of discussion about Van's having soy, and they have several that do, but this particular one does not.

Thanks, Jari. I'll be getting a Whole Foods about 45 minutes from where I live but it isn't finished yet. I hear you with wanting to have something that you don't have to cook yourself!

Will wonders never cease? I gave them up about 10 years ago because they didn't have a soy-free option back then. Thanks for the heads up.

I'll have to re-look at the ingredient list in my parts....as the last time I looked at these they had Soy also !! I miss a waffle now an then.....haven't had them in forever.

Someone should make a list of all the finds in the markets!! I hope they don't have soy either!

The ancient grains gluten free ones don't have soy. (the one that I put the link for above). I just bought a box. They use sunflower lecithin, I believe, but it is the only one without soy. I'm going to try one in the morning and I'll let you know how they go.

I had a couple of these yesterday morning slathered with almond butter. They were very tasty, and I didn't have any issues with them. I recommend them!
