Hi Tex,
I was wondering why I was having dry eyes, so I am glad I found your post , it being a year old, is it still relevant, as maybe this is the reason for my trouble, I have dropped back a bit from 6000 to 4000 maybe I need to keep it up to the 6000
once again. I will do that and see if it improves things. I actually use some artifical tear drops( Refresh brand) and they will lubricate before going to bed but sometimes
I do wake with dry eyes that will burn unless I get the soothing drops in them right away.
I sure hope the missing link is the Vitamin D and it clears things up, and stops disrupting my sleep eh! As always thank-you for all you do for this panel. amazing how many people you have helped, those you know about and countless others who probably have not come forward yet and are silently being grateful in the background. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found all this information when I was lost in this maze and depression this disease creates. thank-you for being the captain on our Ship of knowledge, along with the many crewmates leading us to remission.
have a great day.
