Cells - impact of environment

Post by Gabes-Apg »

For those wondering about the importance of mental and emotional aspects of healing, and the role of 'environment' on our health (that being physical, mental and emotional environment)

Bruce Lipton wrote a book 'Biology of Belief' scientific discoveries about biochemical effects of the brain's functioning show that all the cells of our body are affected by our thoughts.
Genes and DNA do not control our biology - instead DNA is controlled by signals from OUTSIDE the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our positive and negative thoughts.

for those not into reading, there is a fantastic podcast that you can listen to. It is good discussion about cells, and bettering cell health

In my 10 year 'wellness' journey I have learnt that all the supplements, diet changes, wholistic treatments in the world will not help you heal if you dont have the right mental and emotional approach.

Enjoy

I've read Bruce's book. Pretty cool that epigenetics is getting more attention. I love Emoto's water experiment as well. Change your thoughts, change your life! Can't wait to listen to the podcast this week, thanks Gabes.
