Also cotton underwear and cotton shorts or sundresses etc. Stay away from stretchy synthetic yoga shorts.

Further to brandy's suggestion above, for the LIchen Sclorsis i would do 'airing' use fan to dry down there (lay on bed and use electric fan)
if the sun comes into your bedroom - lay on the bed and let your skin be exposed to the sunlight (obviously if this can be done privately)

do this more often in humid weather.

Thank you so gabes and brandy! That is scary, Gabes, about the bleach....going to do a lot of research. My test in between the 2 UTIs was clear. But it seems it can go dormant, until activated by something.

Very interesting about the probiotic article Gabes, my view is changing.

My mc issues are doing better and Will hopefully continue if I can get this e-coli issue resolved.

a bit like when we enter MC world, it can be a bit overwhelming at first but as you read and research, things start to make sense.
(and you realise how much our current lifestyles is impacting wellness)

for things like mould, bleach only removes the colour, it doesnt end the lifecyle.
for other bacteria/parasites it is the same,
I am not saying that mould is your main issue - but alot of the approaches, info has relevance for people that are reacting to multiple triggers.

re the testing, keep in mind that mainstream testing may not be providing the 'full story'
re the probiotics, high histamine can impact effectiveness of them (mmm gabe wonders if your high histamine is what has been impacting gut flora that impacts the e-coli coming back?? )

are you taking P5P (active B6) ?

Hey Tex, just got my RBC magnesium blood test result....5.9 mg/dL. Dr Dean says to aim for 6.0-6.5 mg/dL. Maybe I really am absorbing the oil?? I need a little good news 😊

pretty good - just under Dr Deans ideal level
In The 2014 updated Magnesium Miracle I point this out in detail. I say the range in the labs is 4.2-6.8mg/dL but you want to be at least 6.0-6.5mg/dL.

Only thing I can add is to get up and pee after sex and shower too. Yeah not romantic but may help!

 Not bad at all. You must be absorbing it very well if you can get to that level with topical applications only.

Thanks for the update.

Thank you Gabes! Very interesting. I probably don't get enough calcium and I eat a lot of salt on my foods. I have the quercetin but couldn't take it, it caused gas/D.

I would love to have a 23 and me report done, but waiting for my health savings account to increase. We have spent a lot of dollars this year in drs. I keep thinking that report may indicate my problem somewhere.

not necessarily, it is only 'indicator' of situations, not what is actually happening.
listening to your body is one of our best indicators (especially when there is no mainstream testing to help us)

If you have weird imbalance of a bacteria / parasite /biotoxin etc the 23andme testing will not provide those answers

I've noticed while I'm on the antibiotic, I can tolerate the probiotic. Once I've stopped the antibiotic, I no longer tolerate the probiotic. I start getting rumbling, gas and will probably have D in the am.

Strange??

Not strange at all, IMO. That happens because the antibiotic kills the probiotic bacteria.
