On the other end of the spectrum and a somewhat of a humorous note I'm taking 1/4 level teaspoon per day. I think I can go off of it but I have some stressful things coming up in October so I think I am just going to stick with this for a month. (I had the four month flare.)

Oooooooh, you lucky girl! Just proves how different we all are in the way our bodies process things.

Brandy,

When you are out of a flare and at baseline, does that mean you have no symptoms and experience normal bms. I am just curious what people consider non flare and baseline.

Thanks,
Donna

Hi Donna,

We're all different. I had about 5 years of mostly normal bms and no morning issues. There was a recent thread in which folks felt they are in remission but still have about 2 hours of activity in the mornings. I did not have the two hours of morning issues.

I was blessed to be in remission for so long. I was recently out of remission for 4 months and it was very very tough. I got really good at wiping down public toilets with flushable wipes.

I felt like I had really forgotten how tough and relentless this disease can be.
