Protein Powder

I know Gabes has discussed using a rice protein powder, but I'm not sure if brands are the same here and in Australia.

Could someone share with me if they use a protein powder and if so, what brand and where did you purchase it? Do you just follow the directions on package to mix?

Terre, I use Nutiva hemp protein powder (3tbsp) that I mix in 1 cup almond milk with 1 tbsp of melted coconut oil. That's my standard breakfast. I buy it online at Vitacost. It holds me until mid-morning when I have a banana. It was recommended by someone on here.

Thanks Gabes, Marcia & Martha. I truly appreciate your input. I read all of the old posts Gabes and they were very helpful.

I am just looking into a product that I can take "on-the-go" and as I read posts, this seemed to be what some use for that purpose.
