I think I know the answer to this, but do you think the magnesium will relax my hypercontractile nutcracker esophagus spasms? Makes sense, no? Just wanna run it by the "experts" to feel reassured.Thanks.

Magnesium can help yes. Moreso at this stage just as important as magnesium etc is the mental and emotional attitude to healing/life.
not overthinking health issues, allocating time for relaxation/meditation each day and relaxing the body etc.
