PLAYA SENATOR procedure with CELIACS:
1. When arriving to the Hotel, guests notify the reception that one or more people are celiac.
2. Reception informs the kitchen & the Restaurant
3. The Board at the Hotel´s Kitchen informs the guest, in person, of the different menus he/she can have and the products they have.
4. GF Food used at the Hotel for celiacs are prepared specifically for these guests, therefore using new items (pans, spoons, etc.). Furthermore, the food used has been approved by the National Association of Celiacs in Spain.
(Sorry for the following, it is too long for me to translate, I am very busy these days with a lot of work to do, and I am sure you can get an idea from it).

I was so happy when I got the information. You know, not long ago, NOT 1 Hotel in Spain had a GF menu (and they had no idea). I thought it would be of interest for you if you are planning to travel abroad. At least you know where to go having a GF diet. Isn´t it great?
I am sure that these Hotels have english speaking staff, but if you need some help, do not hesitate to tell me. I will be pleased to share my opinion with regard to the location of your Hotel and will try to solve your doubts. :)
* By the way, though, the Hotel mentions on their leaflet that the Special Service for Celiacs is available at the Hotels specified above (short list without ph. numbers), I have copied the whole list of Hotels, because the Client´s Assistance Service told me that they always want to help their clients and talking beforehand other Hotels of the company could also provide a GF diet.
I know that many of us are intolerant to gluten and other kind of food. I am sure you wonder what we can do, but I sincerely think that if they buy a specific GF food and they have a meeting with us to confirm the menu we want... We can always adapt it to our intolerances. Don´t you think so?
... BTW, I am planning going to one of their Restaurants to taste their food. I´ll let you know.
