Most people have plenty of calcium in their diet for healthy bones. They just need enough vitamin D to allow their body to absorb the calcium, and they need enough magnesium to allow their system to take the calcium out of the bloodstream and transport it to where it is needed (in the bones). Magnesium works with insulin to transport nutrients to where they are needed
Even people on restricted diets (such as most of us) typically have plenty of calcium in their diet because foods such as almond milk and Chex cereals, for example, are loaded with calcium.
Osteoporosis is not just an unlucky coincidence. I'm convinced (based on my research) that it is always the result of either a vitamin D deficiency, or a magnesium deficiency, or both.

an update and a funny picture I found on facebook

1st, I'm on Entocort EC 9 mgs a day for 8 weeks, then I go back to the Dr. I'm doing okay but I don't know about 8 weeks on the full dose.
I found a funny picture on Facebook that only the potty people would understand and hopefully when I try to upload the picture it will be there. If not, Tex, what did I do wrong?

The image file has to be a valid image file stored on your computer hard drive (not a link to a photo on some other site, for example). The format of the postimg.org code appears to be correct in your post, so I can only guess that the image file that you tried to upload was corrupt.
Will the image file stored on your computer open and display correctly in an image editor? If not, it should tell you why.

I couldn't get your image to work. Like you, I can also open it in an image processor, but when I upload it to postimg.org, it will not display in a browser. My guess is that the image has some sort of built-in protection to prevent it from being copied and displayed on a public forum.
I notice that postimg.org has changed their upload form since the last time I used it, so I thought that maybe it no longer works on this forum. I uploaded an image to check that out, but as you can see, it works just fine. If you click on this image, it displays the original high-def image that I uploaded

Yes, that's a perfect match for what many new members see as their diet after asking about diet information here.
