I recently delivered some Olive Garden to my grandparents. The garlic smell in the car smelled so bad to me I was gagging. I used to love garlic. Also it smelled like fake food? Like I could sniff out all of the additives and flavorings. Weird...

I was in a sparkling near new (less than 12 months old) house for two weeks, house and dog sitting..

the different smells (air freshners etc), environment, sounds etc, I had a headache and nausea the whole time

Vanessa, I used to use a lot of garlic in my cooking. Lately I've noticed that it tastes unusually strong to me. Broccoli too! I am in the group that has trouble with scents and crowds! I thought maybe it was an aging thing????

Interesting concepts..............I used to love whipped cream and then cut out dairy, gluten, and soy..............

So, yesterday it was ESP week at school and we have 4 ladies that I stopped by Starbucks for and treated them to a coffee drink...........3 of the drinks had whipped cream and in carrying them out to my car, I got some whipped cream on my hand. I washed my hands when I got to school and several times thereafter as I could still smell it on me. And the smell just about gagged me.......I told my husband that I guessed that I was just turned off now to anything I can't eat...........that smell stayed with me all day............it is weird all right!
