Some success - two Norman days in a row

Post by michlbear »

I'm cautiously optimistic at this point. I've had two decent days in a row with Normans and no C or D! I've been dairy free for a few months now and gluten free since joining this discussion board a couple weeks ago. Also, based on info here I've cut way back on my calcium intake and have significantly bumped up my Vit D and Magnesium about 10 days ago. Also on Sunday I started taking pure peppermint oil in gel caps twice a day - which seems to be what has put my C at bay. I found this suggested in the book "Digestive health with real food : a practical guide to an anti-inflammatory, low-irritant, nutrient-dense diet for IBS & other digestive issues" by Jacob, Aglaée.

Great news, Michelle! No one but this group can appreciate the happiness that Normans bring! Here's hoping for no bumps in your journey to health and wellness.
