I resolved my can't take a deep breath. My Magnesium must have caught up after 6 months. Also the rolling hot flashes that drove me crazy are gone too. Thanks Tex for talking about that in one of the forums. I was very religious about the Mag and Vit. D.

if you have the time, can you do a little summary story in the success stories area?, what you have done diet wise, supp wise and where things are at. It really helps new people to see what other new people have done and the timeline of improvements

That's wonderful news. I suffered from that problem for over 10 years without a clue about what was causing it. It's mostly just irritating, more than anything, but it can really get to be maddening after a while. Now, if I happens again, we know exactly what is causing it, and the remedy is simple enough.
