Immunoglobulin infusion and MC

I am under the care of an immunologist (this is a recent thing). Was diagnosed 7 years ago with immunogammaglobulin disorder and told then that I was probably missing my childhood immunizations as I was no longer developing immunities to pneumonia vaccines that I had been taking. But the cost of the infusions they recommended was far beyond anything I could afford so I never went back to the immunologist.

My new primary care doctor insisted I go see a new immunologist and get tested again. This doctor compared results with 7 years ago and my gammaglobulin levels have continued to drop. I am missing my immunity to diptheria. And all those years of pneumonia vaccines, including the Prevnar 13 that I took last year, have resulted in only pneumonia virus immunity out of over 20 they tested me for.

I will begin infusions next week. Since I now insurance to cover this, since I am a senior citizen with multiple immune problems, since I cannot take oral anitbiotics without messing up my intestines, since I am tired of feeling like crap, the immunologist wants to try the infusions to protect me from everyone else in this world who carries germs, viruses, etc. that I am so afraid of catching and not being able to get rid of.

Is there anyone out there who has been on infusion with MC? I told them to make certain the the infusion product did NOT have any dextrose in it, to use a saline base to avoid my problems with processing sugar in my intestines. But I hope nothing else pops up with MC and infusion of antibodies.
