in the 'profile' area (click on 'profile' which is in the header section - to the left of the red writing 'You have no new messages' within there you can upload photo
be aware that due to size restrictions (and the file size of most photos these days,) you will need to use photo editing software to reduce the size of the image.
If you have issues, you can email the image to Tex (there is an email link at the bottom of any message/post that he contributes to) and he will upload it for you.
